Toasteds® Crackers topped with Roast Beef & Caramelized Onion

Ingredients
- 12 Toasteds® Savory Onion crackers
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 6 oz. herbed cream cheese
- 2 oz. deli sliced roast beef, sliced into 12 strips
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Directions
1. Place crackers onto a serving board in a single layer.
2. Heat medium skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook and stir onions, salt and sugar until caramelized, about 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3. Spread 2 tsp. of herbed cream cheese onto each cracker.
4. Spoon 1 tsp. of caramelized onions onto each cracker.
5. Roll or fold the roast beef slices and place on top of the onions.
6. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives over each cracker.
