Ingredients
- 12 Toasteds® Rosemary & Olive Oil crackers
- ¼ cup ricotta, room temperature
- 3 oz. prosciutto, sliced into 12 strips
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, pulled from stem
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
1. Place crackers onto a serving board in a single layer.
2. Spread 1 tsp. of ricotta on each cracker. 3. Roll the prosciutto strip and place on top of the ricotta.
4. Garnish sprinkle some thyme and fresh cracked black pepper on top of each cracker.
OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS:
• Crisp the prosciutto to add some extra crunch to the dish. Heat oven to 350 °F. Lay prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and cook in oven for about 5 minutes or until crispy. Cool before use.
