Ingredients
- 1 box Toasted® Sea Salt & Olive Oil Flatbreads
- 24 oz. can roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley leaves, separated or chopped
- 1 ½ tsp. walnuts, toasted
Directions
1. Arrange crackers on a serving dish, set aside.
2. Add roasted red peppers, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and garlic powder into a food processor with the blade attachment.
3. Secure the food processors top and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the roasted red pepper mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with sprinkles of walnuts and parsley.
5. Enjoy dip with crackers!
