Ingredients
- 12 Toasteds® Classic Buttercrisp crackers
- 6 oz. crème fraiche
- 4 oz. smoked salmon, sliced into 12 strips
- 4 tsp. fresh dill
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
1. Place crackers onto a serving board in a single layer.
2. Spread 1 tsp. of the crème fraiche on top of each cracker.
3. Roll up the smoked salmon slice and place on top of the crème fraiche.
4. Garnish with a sprig of dill and some fresh cracked black pepper for each cracker.
NOTE: If crème fraiche is unavailable you can substitute with sour cream, unsweetened and unflavored Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese.
